Contacting Us

If you contact us via a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

Web Analysis with Google Analytics

If you have provided your consent, our website uses features of the web analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Cookies are used to enable an analysis of website usage by its users. The information generated by these cookies is transmitted to the provider's server and stored there. We have entered into a data processing agreement with the provider. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data (e.g., by truncating the last 8 bits) is pseudonymized. This ensures only rough localization is possible. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on data processing agreements. Data is regularly deleted (currently every 26 months).

Google reCaptcha

Our website uses the reCaptcha service from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to protect against spam and misuse of email interactions. When using our contact form, reCaptcha is automatically activated, and user data such as your IP address, browser data, operating system, and potentially other data are collected by Google to differentiate between genuine users and bots. If you do not wish this, please use your own email program to send us a message. The legal basis is § 96 Para 3 TKG and Art 6 Para 1 lit f of the GDPR.
